The Monday Market Place is moving to the Web! The Monday Market Place was an email based service that the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors (GRAR) sent on Mondays with items for sale from the Members. This was and still is a FREE service and advertisement opportunity.
So, instead of emailing my clients that were looking for items (or had posted an ad through me), you are now able to view the market place every day of the week.
- Ads run for 30 days only but may be resubmitted each week for additional runs.
- Ads submitted which do not comply with Policy will be removed by GRAR/CARWM.
- Advertising is limited to personal items, services or items wanted, vacation rentals, rental housing needed or real estate needed.
- Listings, Mobile homes, services offered, employment services, and rentals and/or rental services MAY NOT be placed in the Marketplace.
- Vacation Rentals must be member owned properties available for weekly rental and/or out of state vacation rentals.
Remember: when calling on an item,
just let the "seller" know that your realtor
told you about the item for sale!!!

The subject of the email must be: Market Place Ad Request.
I will need your contact info, as well as email address, description of item for sale (include the dimensions of item)
If you have photographs, please send them as an attachment- if not available, please describe the item well in your description
